We are providers for Medicare, MassHealth, BMC Health Net Plan, Neighborhood Health Plan, Tufts, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Etc.
We comply with insurance coverage, claims processing & payment policies.
We comply with the Medicare disclosure of ownership and control information requirement @ 42 CFR 420.201 through 420.206
We process all insurance claims and follow up with re-imbursements.
We Co-ordinate between the beneficiaries cliniciance to ensure all clinical needs are made.
We deliver and setup equipments/items.
We test & train beneficiaries/caregiver on use, maintenance, cleaning, safety of equipments/items.
All beneficiary assessments are documented.
Follow-up where necessary.
Document all complaints and set up a resolution plan within 24hours of report.
Follow up resolution plan and ensure beneficiary satisfaction.
All special order equipment/items are not returnable and have to be pre-paid.
Beneficiaries are provided with company's customer services number for contacts if need arise.
Healthcare team members are notified within five (5) calendar days if equipment/items can not be provided.
We accept Cash, Visa/Master/Discover cards and other forms of legal tender.
